  • Is there a particular barcode I can look out for? Our T doesn't have a scanner. How did you explain why you went ahead & paid the £79? I'm a bit shy, new to DTD!

Cheers for the post Looby123,tried the one in M/hill glasgow 2nite and they have none but since it was my 3rd store of the day i had a browse. At first only found the K/Roll plenty 4+2 free and thought that was it, then i saw the Thomas cookware that say's ends on Sunday and remembered that i had the vouchers in the house for it. Got the one i was after £69.99 and asked a SA if i could she put it behind the desk for me and that i would be in tomorrow with my vouchers as there where only two left on the shelf. She says "yeah no problem" then as i'm heading for the checkout she appears with the cookware in hand saying that i could buy it tonight without the vouchers and says " you like your deals i remember you with the scales " and let me have the stirfry pan for £19.99.
This is the same person who gave me a hard time over the scales,? so now i'm not sure if it is her hormones or if Thomas stuff is not what it seems?
    Confused

I just want to go in at night when they're closed and scan everything without getting dodgy looks:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:That would be a dream come true. My OH & DS call glitching my hobby, but both agree that it's a very profitable "Hobby"!

my OH says this to me, in fact unfotunatley he's started to use it as his excuse to do "his own thing" whenever he wants to go out without me or see his mates, he'll say well you go to Tesco's don't you??:eek::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Just out of curiousity (cant spell tonight) and boredom..........have any of you had a look at the forums on this site??

    http://www.verylittlehelps.com/index.php?board=3.0

interesting to see the comments in PID thread about how many labels they are expected to check on a shift......I have some sympathy for non-trout T staff

Just HOW bored am I? ....well not quite bored enough to do my ironing!!!

hi i remember trying to keep an eye on this thread in the DTD days, I remember then there wasn't much chat about us either, I do still occasionally have a nosey-don't know why, maybe I'm just paranoid-looks like the employees have other issues to discuss rather than us cottage industry grabbers:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Tesco baby wipes blue and green packaging reduced to 49p per pack IIRC there is 80 wipes per pack.

don't forget value wipes are 23p at the moment sorry don't know how many in them though

lala tell your OH you don't need a DNA test, it's obvious where your son gets his genius from x;)

ihstress our town centre store is rubbish, i spotted some 4p tights though and took a couple but left 2 pairs if you are interested, they are a black/grey diamond pattern, picture has been posted several times already, think they were a s/m size. Also if you still haven't got any pukka pads i'm sure i can spare a couple;), pm me when you are next in xx:)

sunshine star only just catching up with what's going on, you must be beside yourself with worry. I'm so sorry and i feel awful about opening my big mouth about getting the money i found. I lost £200 of takings when I worked for my brother and I cried for days. I really hope you find it x

QP Ranger hope your Ok, opthalmic shingles can be awful, can permanently damage your vision and the pain can go on forever if you are unlucky, hope you get better soon,

Czernicha hope you get a job soon, not just for you but so you can finally tell us what it is you do for a living;)

caz good to have you back out of the shadows lovely to hear about your baby, do you ring their dad whenever something exciting happens? I remember when my OH left me and my DD1 was admitted to hospital with a dental abcess, well he asked for his dad so I rang him his reply was "well what do you need me to come down for?" Unfortunately I am still with him:(

artha i second whoever formally initiated you to the thread, you are now one of the wise owls of the thread, glad your here to keep us in line:A

eileen and toni you guys crease me up, thanks for the giggles, just wish my sister would come out of lurking:(

everyone else PLEASE STOP POSTING BARGAINS!!!! I have officially run out of space in all areas of my house, my mum popped by for her share of my shopping yesterday and said "I haven't been for a few weeks I was worried we might not be able to get into your front door":eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: My own mother !! The cheek!!!

Forgive the looooong post, it's lovely to be able to finally sit down for 5mins on my laptop and not in the loo typing on my iphone hiding from the kids lol! (ok that was too much information:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:)

    omg!!!!

Thankyou so much darrogh (and guys that posted replies! :D) I am in stitches with tears rolling down my face!

now I am in total sympathy with those that it 'freaked' out,as if I'd read you're original post first I too would of been a hell of alot more scared than I was!

I read you're reply to someone about showing it to you're mil and kids first and clicked on that link,so my volume was on low and not wide screen (thank god! lol ) other wise I would of woke up the street me thinks! :rotfl:

so of course I had to look back to you're original post! and am know going back to read more 'responses'. :)

I picked a random page to start scrolling through (as I have so much to read back through) and I'm so glad I chose that page! :D

ok I may sound crazy (or have a really bad sence of humour ;)),but I've had a 'bad' week and that has cheered me up no end :D

mind you I closed the page rather quickly, that face is way too spooky!! I'm glad I fell asleep (again) at the lappy and didn't read this late last night! lol

ok sorry total rambling :o......I love this forum and you guys!! :)

off to scan the coupon thread, have a till spit for off an £80 spend, never spend that much, already struggled to get to £40 to use the £5 voucher out of the paper! But if there are enough new coupons.... might go for it!
