tescos glitch - nivea deodorant just 50pence!
Nivea 150ml deodorant is on a buy one get one free offer at Tesco - however the 'pearl&beauty' and the 'double effect' scents have already been on a price-drop to £1, so along with the other varieties (that are priced at £1.98) they work out half price!

I have a years supply from Tesco at Faversham, Kent but there are still some on the shelves.

dont know if this has been mentioned but the branston beans are going through at £2 for 3 packs instead of £2.55. so even a bigger saving

I don't think so cousinjack, I'm 99% sure it's the one DD1 buys has blue writing on I think from memory. Going to check it out because if it is I will be stocking up for her. :j

just googled and this is what i came up, also it says softens the skin to help give a close shave so thinks its more aimed at girlies

Ah thanks not the one I was thinking about, will look out for the pearl one instead and know DD1 has bought that too. I remember getting that type in a spray in Boots over a year ago, greatly reduced of course. It's quite a nice smell.

My mission this morning for 4p items was not as successful as hoped. Well I was almost there before I got trouted :mad: Had a grand total of 7 4p items in my trolley (not as much as some!!!!) mixed in with £40 worth of shopping so hoped it would not be noticed. SA was wow thats a great price could do with some of them for Christmas presents and promptly asked till supervisor to go and see if there were any more of the items I had to put away for her as they were only scanning at 4p. NOOOOOOOOOOO....... I was promptly told that I could not have them at 4p, despite a further conversation with a store manager had to give up and leave them. Hope you had better luck desperatescousewife with your haul.

Store 2: found one loney pair of grumpy old git undies only to have them taken off me at SS, they must be really on the ball now.

Store 3: found one loney pair or purple sparkle tights and managed to get them through the SS till as well. Only problem is they are a medium to large and I am only 5ft so they will be getting donated to a family member.

A sad, sad, day for 4p items. Hope I manage to sleep tonight
