Oops,I posted this on thread 12!

Just had a 60p bed rail - just to let you know, there were old boxes and new boxes, its the old slightly larger boxes scanning at 60p, the new ones came up full price.Which was a shame as there was more of those and I'd promised to look out for one for a friend.

How's everyone getting on? I've got the MIL coming over to sit for the kids while I go and have a nice calm look around T's

Hi all,

Been on the boards for some time now but quite new to the Mr Ts grabbits. Spent the past week trying to get the hang of things in terms of the abbreviations and looking in store for things that may be going through cheaper. Have to say, you guys deserve a lot of credit! I found it like looking for a needle in a haystack, even with the tips on here! Need to get my game on :rotfl:.

I have had a bit of luck with the moon dough, toy story gift bags, pjs (not the 4p ones) and bed guards which is a decent enough start! Waiting for my first electrical bargain and really want to bag some cheap clothes !!

Haven't come across any DTD items yet however i spotted the salter scales in my local store, half of them had new barcodes on and half with the old ones only issue was there was no SEL. Am thinking about going back to see if they have added one yet but am a bit nervous about going to CS about DTD. To those that have experienced this before, do you mention the DTD policy or does CS?

evening everyone

looong day for me today... went to the town where we used to live, had to get some things sorted... visited some friends and managed to visit my two old stores too got pjs, tights, the laundry set, and some other bits... pleased with the pjs especially went through ss, the alarm went off when I tried to leave so the security guy came over and said I'm sorry madam, I'll sort it out for you right now! :rotfl:he didn't even want to see my receipt... :eek:
shame there are no scanners otherwise I'd be scanning the whole clothing section for them

now I must see how I can convince bf I NEED his car MORE then he does on Wednesda for all the dtds :cool:

PS. thank you for all the pics of the bargains, it would be impossible for me to find them otherwise :T

Yes thats right at the moment. I was kind of just hoping they may have added one as its been a few days since i last visted. Half of the scales which had the new barcode (as mentioned on here) were going through at £7.50 and the ones with old barcode at £26.66. If they add the £7.50 SEL I can grab some of the ones at £26.66 and take to CS. Does that make sense or am i jumping ahead of things?
