Just my opinion, but it looks like she just wrote something wrong on your receipt.
If I'm wrong I'll stand corrected, but you should have gotten the phones plus £10.
Maybe call CS tomorrow and check if DTD is still in place.
I'll be happy to be wrong, it would mean we would all get free products even with tiny overcharges
It would be a great Xmas present from Mr T, in the past he paid for the majority of my Xmas pressies through RnR - quality of gifts for family went down drastically when it stopped, lol0 -

I think this will have finished today, it was combining the £7 outfit with the 25% off the jumper, but think the 25% finishes tonight...hope I am wrong![/QUOTE]
The ones that i saw today started from age 2-3years and up to 14-15 yrs, there were three different types of jeans and three or four different top sets - either cardigan with fake shirt underneath in grey with small blue check print shirt, or a dark blue/black striped shirt with a black waistcoat and tie, for the smaller boys a check shirt with fake long sleeved top underneath.
All the jeans i think were marked at £7 and the grey cardigan with a blue check insert was marked at £15 but with the 25% off knitwear it took a further £3.75 off so the complete set cost me £3.25 !!!!! which is great as i was buying them to take to India with me at christmas as gifts for the boys who work on the beach - so im sure they will be happy and im over the moon with what i paid for them.
Hope this helps xxxxVery proud to be Strip club member No 430 -
DTD would have meant another £10 back, if they were going to change DTD they would replace the signs first. don't get me wrong I would love them to bring back RnR right before Xmas but I don't see it happening.
I have had RnR a couple of times recently...I think they do when DTD works out more IYSWIM...They are basically trying it on to save themselves some money..."He that lieth down with dogs shall rise up with fleas" Benjamin Franklin

am i being stupid (DON'T all rush to answer yes!!)
I don't get how a 25% discount off the jumper makes the set £3 something
are you including the £5 off clothing voucher into the equation???
does it work out £3 still if you haven't got a voucher:(:(:(:(
I didn't buy the set after all your help (thanks for all your help robertsgirl it was appreciated but shop was closing and i couldn't find the right jeans AND my sis was with me and decided to use the 2 £5 vouchers which were hers on a coupls of kids coats instead as they expired today)GRATITUDE WHEN GIVEN, PATIENCE WHEN DENIED

Thanks all from a long time lurker on this thread. Found a 4p item today that I don't think has been mentioned. Did not get it though as the Checkout lady would not sell it. It was a mens thermal top in black short sleeved. There were loads on the shelf at £10 but this one was price marked at £7 and then had a reduced sticker to £3.50 but scanned at 4p. Hope someone else gets lucky.0

As you can see from the receipt its "product free" as she said - not DTD as that has now stopped !!
Maybe they just didn't want to pay you to take them away??
Who knows, Mr T's just love to make stuff up as they go along, will be intrested to see what they say in reply mind you...those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.

Till takes 25% off original jumper price (say 15.00) so an extra 3.50 off the £7 offer - not good at explaining things,sorry!!0 -

I think it is 25% off childrens wear which comes of the total price..."He that lieth down with dogs shall rise up with fleas" Benjamin Franklin
