Very frowned upon in stores this is! Theres an old boy in my local who even hides the joints of meat and goes back for them. It has now resulted in the stuff often all going out the back to be reduced and then brought back out often to be met by a scrum!
IMO once its in your trolley you should pay the price on the label. I believe most Tesco's share that view too.0 -

... their's a man that comes in every night and gets all the reduced meat. I said yes I think I've just seen him. I then asked her what time they reduced their stuff down and she told me. So Watch out Mr Whoopsie Man, their's a new kid in town, have worked out I can sit in their Costa and have a clear view of the reduced section, so am staking it out tonight:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:God, I'm getting worse;)
Got a confession to make...
A few weeks ago I was there at the (daily) 90% off whoopsie scrum, except this night one man literally had taken everything. He wasn't even looking at what it was, just shoving it into his trolley. His erm, rather large build shall we say, made it impossible for anyone else to get near the chiller and SA with the reducing labeller. While he was grabbing yet more stuff I'm ashamed to say I nabbed one of his reduced ready meals out of his trolley. Naughty naughty me. Or maybe I was just helping him share the Tescos love:D

hey floflo, not an expert but ive had one of these, says arc on the box, and 250 years on it, its £7.50 on the SEL but on the back some of them have the original barcode, brings them up at the higher price and comes up as a pedicure thing on the reciept. Most have been re labelled over the barcode to make them scan at £7.50
