Just got back from going out to get something to eat at Mr T extra and thought I'd make a small diversion to go by an express to check on the off chance that there would be smarties, aero etc. Was amazed to see that the shelves were full but that was possibly because there was no specific SEL just a general sign saying half price. There were various other items that I didn't focus on but I wish I had now.

Took two smarties and two aero to the till to check and were confirmed at posted prices. Got a few more but left lots on the shelves. Assistant jokingly said don't take too many as I'll have to go and restock the shelf!
Looks like there are plenty in stock.

This was in Norton High Street if anyone wants them

Quick reminder peeps, its Diwali tomorrow so please make sure your cats are in & the dogs are walked early as the fireworks, nah mortar bombs can get pretty loud.

No sleep tomorrow bah humbug, its when you think they finished just dropping off to sleep and a rogue fireworks goes off and nearly gives you a heart attack.

I told him I wanted to try them as the sel was OOD but he said no lets just go, just dropped him to the pub went straight to tescos again and guess what ! all half price SELs gone ! :mad: as I missed out of TCO the other week I thought great not as good deal as you all got but a good deal with DTD so now i have to eat an aero instead.

Noticed the OOD SELs on TCOs today in the Tescos I went to in order to buy some bread but wasn't tempted. As someone else posted earlier it always seems to be the unhealthy stuff that is on offer.

Personally I pass a lot of stuff by as I'd rather spend time expanding my mind rather than my waistline:cool: Bracing myself for the jibes;)
