One question though..... when i was at CS today, the lady in front of me was getting DTD on some Phones.... not sure which ones and couldnt see as DS was trying to claw his way out of the trolley at this point, so had to keep my eye on him...

But.. the CS lady said to her that because she had gotten DTD on them, that they were None-returnable???.... surely this is incorrect??? - i tried to find her afterwards to let her know that her statutory rights should not be effected, and if she wasnted a refund, then she was entitled to one ( she was an od-ish lady who seemed like she was taken advantage of to be honest... i felt it was my duty to tell her!! lol ) - when i found her, the CS had written NON-REFUNDABLE all over her receipt..... surely this is wrong???

anyway, im just yabbering on..... waiting for DH to come home so can check on Glitches. x

I wish Martin would put something out in his weekly newsletter to embarrass Tesco into reminding their staff of the rules, staff making it up as they go along really annoys me!!:mad:

I was told the same before but the item made me a small profit so I wasn't bothered. I think the same was done with my receipt as well.

Possible price error on a curry sauce, a lady in front of me on self serve called lady over to say discount not applied. I tried to look but could only make out it was a korma lol. It looked like a pataks bottle but not 100%. If anyone is instore it may be worth testing the offers.

i thought so!!!..... think she just thought i was some pregnant hormonal loony though.... ah well, i did my bit..

as for the medal..... im currently sat here, watching the soaps, Decaffe Coffee in hand and some Fizzy Cola Bottles resting on my bump.. Kids in bed, dog asleep, DH gone to pub for a quiet pint... id say im the luckiest person in the world..... love it!!!
- Took the kids to a farm today.... decdied i want a horse too.... haha.... Dont think that will happen though.....
