    Forgot to mention also when filling up...

    castrol gtx 15w40 oil 2 litre £3 in Tesco

    Saw this in Tesco garage looks like 75% off.

    1 litre is normally around £8.99..great for keeping in the boot for top ups..

    I picked up 5 cartons, works out at £1.50 a litre, you couldn't pick up wilkos/asda own brand at that price!!

    let's hope artha is on the run for the next 'being nice award' (different prize depending on what mr T will kindly provide :p)!!! I've seen some progree lately and even an odd smiley... :T

    I think Artha's in line to get a 10 inch banana, somebody will have to volunteer to give it to him :D

    I'd love the old DTD days to come back, everyone rushing to post updates for the spreadsheet, waiting impatiently to see vouchers in posted and then the board going quiet for an hour while everyone rushed to T's for there racks of lamb or "maggies" Only thing was doing 3 or 4, sometimes 5 T's a day for 6/7 weeks was knackering, I even had a tooth took out one afternoon and went to T's 2 hours later:eek::eek::eek: with a numb mouth, still dribbling :o
    Oh, the good old days! Mind you, we're not doing to bad on here;);)

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    in the last week of dtd I started taking my printer to work! :eek::eek::eek:
    I didn't have one there and because I was home late I couldn't get there print my vouchers and go to T :rotfl: bf would kill me! :o I was spending the whole evening on MSE anyway... :o
    I was going on holidays then(dtd stopped when I was away and I had a feeling it will be the case so I wanted to use it as much as possible...) to my home country and my friends and family couldn't belive why and how I got all this stuff for free... :p

    A little dishonest, do you not think? (

    Agreed.... it was dishonest, but I guess going into a store on the sole intention of getting DTD is dishonest in the first place.

    I guess the majority of the people who come on these boards could be described as either dishonest or immoral!!!

    I believe Tesco do not genuinely go out to make mistakes and overcharge people hence their DTD policy whereas people on here actively go out and look for the DTD stuff.

    I guess I was dishonest but so are most people if the truth be know.

  • Am I right in thinking that the Dell Streak 7 is selling for £149 instore? Just found it on Tesco direct for £299. Would I be able to get it delivered to store then get it at the discounted price?
