does anyone have the Ts Head office number please?

Just thought I would post about my lovely shop last night.

Went to one Mr T in Surrey and found the scales so brought them for £40 and £12 other shopping. Got my £64 cash back so got my free shopping and £12 ontop.

Went to Mr T number two and spotted the scales again,,, added other shopping including two JLS dolls £1.50 each (still 6 there) and 6 of the Pantene at 24p each..... total shop came to £64

After ages of checking and double checking finally got my £64 DTD put back on my card... so free shopping.

And now the bonus..... just as I was turning to go, the nice customer service lady took £64 cash from the till and gave it to me!!!

Needless to say I turned on my heel and virtually sprinted out the door.

well probably not right but how should you know how they work out the refunds...

let's hope she/he won't be sacked and you'll get more nice dtds there(however next time I'd ask if the amount was right-she'll probably then explain you the dtd deal like you wouldn't know but she might then rethink the amount...)

can I ask what stores in Surrey?

yes but they were on the end of the aisle opposite the sale toys I think 2 up from where the ipads are and sel stated £1
The Pantene is fine on blonde hair my kids are fair haired and it makes their natural blonde highlights really shiny, I'm just down the road from p@@l extra if you would like a bottle

I posted a few nights ago that these were reduced in my store to only 89p - well I had to take Hubby to the airport this morning so thought it rude not to peruse the local mr t's......

Anyhow - white SEL for the J20 blend blackcurrant and red grape was £1.74 - scanned and sold at £3.49 so x3 DTD £10.48 back!

Next store along had the party packs 10x250ml apple and mango / passion fruit and orange OOD yellow SEL 1/2 price £4.14 - went through at full price (£8.29 :eek:) so lovely DTD of £16.60!:D

Saw them at another store but thought I'd just give a heads up to anyone local to "Ringway" airport plenty of J20 bargains to be had!

In 2nd store they had Transformers mini figures with white SEL reduced to 40p - great stocking fillers, I got 6 types x3 for my boys £7.20 bargain.

pretty sure it ends in 116 cos I checked if they were all the same when I got mine today. Thet are still in the car, its cold and i'm in Pj's but will look and post tomorrow promise!
