And do you know why there are threads like the non Coupon related drivel and this thread? It's because people wanted things laid out on a plate for them and didn't want any chit chat making their job harder. Unfortunatley for them, this site isn't HUKD and people have a sense of community as opposed to those who have a sense of entitlement.
It's unfortunate that there are little 'cliques' like us (if that's what we are now known as) but it's because of the few that complain. I like the chat and banter hence I post on this thread and not the Misprice 12 thread. Funny how many posts our thread gets even apart from the drivel
That wasn't a go at you Milo just in case you thought it was. It's just a simple explanation for those with large wooden spoons who try to stir up trouble. We exist because the lazy backsided folk on the main grabbit didn't like anything other than a nicely organised list of bargains they could take advantage of without putting in any leg work or sharing their info.
So on a more positive note, I won a fiver with the Extra competition :T Now I seem to be behind on the bargains and could do with stocking up on Pringles for the long winter nights. Apart from reading about Bacon & Rib flavours, any more info or is it a case of scanning them to see? TIA
Edit: and for those talking about the casserole dishes, it's the one with barcode ending 045 that scans at 8p so you need to check them all.
My thoughts entirely. Unfortunately I have not been lucky enough to take advantage of many of the glitches etc myself for various reasons BUT I do love reading about everyone elses experiences - and I love the chit chat about spuds, soup etc:D:D:D:D0 -
Well ventured to T's last night in filthy weather and thought I would report back on my finds.:(:(:(
Casseroles weren't the right ones, no Impulse, no Andrex, no pukkas, Pantene, shower/bath creme etc - in fact my store was absolutely pants. Even the whoopsie section was c**p. However, on second recce the stuff was being reduced down a bit more so got a nice beef bourgignon/dauphinoise potatoes thingy for 60p for my tea and a nice salmon salad for 52p for my lunch today.
Don't think I have ever spent so little in a T's.:mad::mad::mad:0 -

Any problems with getting DTD with the incorrect description on the receipt? Having checked your link, I have actually found these and scanned them. They had a sticker on and scanned at £10.0 -

Morning caz2703,
Well done on your win. :T
I found prawn cocktail and cheese and onion for 49p and tomato, mozarella and basil for 25p. Seems hit and miss what are cheaper in each store as you have probably already read all the Extreme flavours scanned £1 in mine. HTHs0 -

not really...she wasnt bothered that they scanned as a wrong product..apparently thats why they should have the stickers on! She did say she was going to refund me the £39.97 and put themthrough as £7.50 though....but i kindly put her straight on DTD rules and she just replied 'oh yes,thats what i was going to do'...???hoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!0 -

the whoopies in my 2 locals are rubbish...i was in between 7.30pm and 10.30pm last night and nothing was reduced! One gets a lot of late night trade fromthe army barracks opposite so i think they just leave the prices knowing they'll sell them!
And when i walk out having only spent pennies..or worse still, empty handed...i feel like I've done something bad...like i should really fill my trolley with 'normal price' stuff!! And theres nothing worse than going home empty handed!!hoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!0 -
Does that mean a dtd or am I looking for the scales with the sticker at £7.50 - I'm not the best with dtd? But I love a bargain !:rotfl:
yes its means great DTD...£65!!! should scan at £7.50 but go through at £39.97, so overcharge of £32.47 x 2 = £64.94..woop woop!! you need to find one without the sticker on though...;)hoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!0 -
