Think I may have to do individual stores, was hoping for one number and say I want X item is it in stock within a certain area which would save a lot of phone calls, I always want too much though haha :)

This is Tesco stores Customer Service Team I have phoned them asking if a product was discontinued & also to complain about something

I've never seen any scanners there?

I think the blue board is on a sliding door downstairs and often covered by something? no board upstairs(where they send you with expensive phones issues ;))

No need for a board really as it's a nationwide policy and they all know it... ;)

tbh, if they had a scanner it would be my fav out of the three(before BB and old Y)

Interesting you should say that, I was downstairs standing behind two ladies who had not had the meal deal come up, C.S. went to get correct garlic bread for them. I tried to explain DTD to them and that if the bread they picked up was with the meal deal stuff they should get DTd, they were confused & C.S. ignored me (Hoping I would shut up or go away) I did ask him about the "blue board" he pretended he didn't know what I was on about.

Not quite up to DTD phones yet, as a previous poster said I don't have the balls for it, YET !

they are rubbish at locating stock IME

asked them to locate a few pukka pads for me
couldn't find the store i was interested in-I had to find it myself on the store locator and give them a number, then they said they didn't stock it which i know they do:mad:

Thanks missed them by 15 minutes!
May just drive round to a few stores though will end up wasting more petrol, may as well set fire to a tanker of the stuff the amount of running around I do :p

Everything will be ok in the end, and if it isn't ok then it isn't the end :)

Re the money i found, i won't be going to the police, i'd feel like a scrounger and I did find it on Tesco property, doesn't that make it theirs? I thought about getting someone i know to ring and claim the money:D but that would be dishonest too, if i had lost that amount of money i would be beside myself and i do hope the rightful person claims it. I just hope a greedy member of staff doesn't claim it, am I being paranoid:eek::A

celebrate, you are a better woman (or man), than me!

essentially, Tesco's have appropriated property (obviously by lawful means as you handed it to them), but by assuming the rights of the owner (i.e. by donating it to charity), they are treating it as their own!.

How do we know someone hasnt come in asking for it?....I would bet my house if it was my local Tesco they would say they had had nothing handed in even if they had!!

Anyway, I can well imagine that going on about this isnt going to help matters so will shut up now, but I really hope you are rewarded for your honesty :):)

Has anyone lost a large bundle of £20 notes?
    We have good news....

We found the elastic band :D:p

Everything will be ok in the end, and if it isn't ok then it isn't the end :)
