  • Thanks midwinter, looks like I will have to be more pro-active when I see these glitch posts. :) My husband already thinks I am addicted to Tesco and this website lol.

Where do you all find your coupons? Do Tesco not stop you if you shop and use numerous coupons? Sorry last questions - promise.:o

Hi, I hope you don't mind me popping on with a question but you all seem to say that your shopping used to be £100 a week (which mine is) but now is more like £30 or £40. How do you manage this please? I would love to reduce mine.
if you look in the OLD STLYE BOARD come up with great cost cuttin ideas.

Coupons are sometimes on the grabbit board, sometimes the voucher board, but if it's a good one you'll always find it mentioned here. In the beginning you need, to a degree, to speculate to accumulate. Build up good "stashes" of deals and glitches and then it gradually will start to bring your shopping down. When I first started reading the boards I couldnt comprehend how someone could say that they had enough coffee, tea, washing powder, etc for the next 2 years, but now I'm one of them. Stick with us and we'll show you the error of your ways;) £100 week shopping:eek::eek::eek: Don't worry mine used to be more than that:)

Organic pasta sauce, wholewheat penne and tesco lasagne sheets (not value) are scanning at 17p, not seen it mentionec, but it may have been tucked in between the friendly banter from last night!

I need a washing up glitch;) When one was on a while back I came back from T's with 12 bottles and my OH just laughed and said we've got a dishwasher we don't need that and this morning he announced that we've run out. God knows what he's been doing with it;) I just can't bring myself to go and buy a full price bottle:D

Just want to say a big welcome to the other newbies (well as far as I am concerned as I haven't noticed posts here before). ChrisEvanson, S.Soul & Mich_City

Hope you will enjoy it here!

thanks, thats kind of you.. dont think i'll be a regular tho as I dont want to get caught up in the whole tesco'ing thing again.. I did that during the R+R and points era.. buying things to get points that I might not have done normally..

my kids have moved out now so only me so no need for a zillion choc oranges etc.. i'd only scoff them all anyway :)

I do check out the grabbit and tesco threads regularly... old habits die hard i'm afraid :D
