Afternoon all, what a good day it is. I was very good this morning and did some (only some though!) housework before I came on here and had totally forgot about the £1 sale. Didn't get no further than seeing the thread and I was gone.

I bet I was at Fl**tsbr*dge same time this morning as you Wool27!!;). Think I timed it well as they brought a rail of knitwear just after I arrived. I popped up the road to the other Extra and got a few more bargains there as they were just wheeling out another rail into middle of store.

Anyway it was nice to come back and think I had actually done some work before Ts for a change.

Nikkilala, I have bought stuff for DDs like you have for your DS, wondering whether I have made some good choices but the SA did say I can take any of it back. :) One top I got in 4 sizes as I like it and think DDs might too but not sure if they will be happy if we all wear it at same time, maybe should organise a family picture. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I did post on the pound thread that I found some £1 bargains in the actual sale area, just thought I would check couple pairs mens trousers and bingo! They are SS11 range, that are part of suits but the jackets were huge sizes not sure if they were £1 too.

Manager said there would be more stuff coming in at one of the stores but my lounge already resembles a mini Ts boutique!

Wool27: well done on your dtd! I'm going to have a look for them tomorrow...

No clothes for me today, couldn't be bothered to go as far, but just went to a normal store and found the 75p ribbon candles :) got two, they were just mixed up with the mulled wine ones on a promotional display... And I got a small dtd! :D Didn't expect as the offer is online too but makes something I use regulary really really cheap!
    So here it goes:
St Ives face scrub(the invigorationg one, blemish and sensitive could work too) is priced on the shelf(and online) as 3.00GBP and 3for2 so 6 quid for three would be good anyway however the 3for2 didn't kick in(dtd given no problem, didn't have to ask for!) :D so three tubs for 3 quid is amazing as normally they are now at ca.4,50gbp without any offers... and I love them, it's by far the best face scrub I ever used and I tried lots!

I'm going to do 4 stores tomorrow and see what I can find... Need a big kitchen bin and could do with a Karcher(whatever type, I'm sure I could make a good use of any)

I hope you all have a nice day! :)
  • Try to look out for chicken fillets but couldnt find any. Frozen or chilled?

Ah I didn't miss much then, I must have got there around 10.15 maybe bit later. The guy with the grey hair at the door said there would be more coming into store there. He was the one who stopped me when the professional knives were glitching as the SA had forgotten to take security tag out! Did my heart miss a beat then.
