It's a while since we had an O/T question (well in a subject that I want to get involved in anyway ) so I thought I would pose a question to you very good and very clever people (do you see what I did there
flattery can get you answers
I hope)
Anyway back to the O/T topic. My DD wants a set of wireless headphones that will work with an IPOD. Does anyone know if any wireless headphones will work? The ones I've looked at so far seem to be for TV's and I don't know if they will work or not?
Anyone have such knowledge on here?
I know its not quite in the league of baked potatoes but I know how to do them now
TBH I've not heard of such a thing. I remember a few years ago some company brought out wireless headphones for phones but the quality was crap to say the least!
Have a search on https://www.apple.com/uk and if they exist they will be on there. But if you can get such a thing and they aren't on the apple website then they will probably be crap. Wireless headphones would most likely need a transmitter plugged in to the headphone jack on the iPod unless they utilise apples home sharing, but given how locked down apple like to keep things then if there isn't such a thing on the apple store then they probably won't exist.
Also if it's just a basic iPod shuffle then chances are finding wireless headphones for them are slimmer than say for an iPod Touch or iPhone.0 -
ah don't keep us waiting
nikililala and i have an early start tomrrow
ps nikkilala my schedule's the same as yours except i'm not taking my mum, she slows me down plus she's looking after Ds2
sis can you take her if you're reading this pretty pls??:D
My mum's pretty agile for her age and she also chats likes theirs no tomorrow, so is perfect for distracting SA's from glitches as their going through the till;) She loves a good old glitch, but will only do them when she's with me.She gets a bit worried sometimes and when the gardening glitch was on, came in once while I filled the trolley, then refused to come in again and sat in the car while I went back in. Because I took a while to come out she was near to tears when I came out, and panicking that I'd been "caught":rotfl: She knows now that I am doing nothing wrong, I have trained her well;)Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0 -

Again, please can I request that we drop this topic once and for all?
It WILL lead to a thread closure at some point if not so.
Non controversial, off topic discussion is great and I really enjoy it.
I also like posting here and would prefer not to have to use the other thread.
Cheers folks.:A Every moment is a gift. That's why we call it the present.!:A
