Good luck with the interview. Is it taking place at a religious abode or maybe at a supermarket? Are we to get divine wisdom or insiders' tips?

No great joy for me at Mr T today but it was boggy old Sl*ugh Xtra - pah! Did take back the tong thing and a DVD from last week (and didn't get my cc points taken off me, so that's a result in that store)

anaged an Air Wick candle for 75p (SA did a double take as she thought one she'd got for £2 was a bargain - told her to make sure she got the gingerbread smelling one as that was the only one scanning at 75p, but there were lots left so hopefully she got one - she was lovely which is a result in that store :)) Also gave the woman in front of me an APG voucher I had, she had overspent and only had X amount of cash so was putting things back and trying to juggle what she could get. I figured it would decent of me to pass on a bit of good wombling karma - think both she and SA were shocked (luckily SA didn't question the APG :rotfl:). Well good karma it was cos I wombled a few more when I visited Mr A later, and one, dated yesterday came back at £10-odd :eek: biggest one ever. I guess its true, what goes around comes around.

No joy on Moon Dough, totally forgot the Lumie light thingy (would be good for my ma), pair of tongs scanned full price and the Mr T own straighteners all had reduced stickers either on, or torn off and wouldn't bloomin scan, boxes all a mess anyway so didn't bother as I'll try the T where I got the dryers again on Thurs.

Now, hands up, who wombled the car park clean today? Two receipts was all I managed - shocking

Well that was a hectic day. Ex had the kids from 12-5 but it's actually a struggle to get anything done in that time. Headed out to try the FCUK glitch but no lip balms in that store so no good. Did manage to pick up a couple of the £4 off £20 coupons from Ts due to the store refurb (that's actually very nice of them as the other store you can use the coupon in is bigger and has a scanner!). Managed to get a £2 battery charger as well.

Moved on to the new Extra next. Lots of shiny new price checkers but none of them working! The lights were on but no-one was home so I couldn't test scan anything - very disappointing. Found the 1p footy mags but they scanned at £2.60 so SA called over to cancel them. Found a Moondough Construction but the SEL was right - it was a rip-off so SA called over again! Got some A4 clip folders to help organise my new found paperwork. SEL said half price 40p from 80p. They scanned at 80p so got them for free. No faffing about DTD so well pleased.

Then finally back to my local stomping ground for a quick look. Got 2 sets of the Lightning McQueen Duplo at £1.40 instead of £13.97 so that's more birthday pressies sorted (or maybe they'll be Xmas 2012 pressies!).

Oh and my folks managed to pick up a couple of baby bits from their Extra so I'm rightly sorted now!
