Wife of Martini (although she doesn't respond to "the wife") reports:

Tesco 14 Milk chocolate sandwich biscuits (Penguin equivalent)
on offer on SEL at £1.26 or 2 for £2.
    End of receipt states:
    Tesco Sandwich 2 F £2 -0.52
    Tesco Sandwich 2 F £2.2 -0.32
So small glitch but extra saving of 32p equating to 84p for 14.

At CS lady in front had what she thinks were Walkers Crinkles which had gone wrong! They are on offer on the website as £1.52 (6) or any 2 for £2.50. Could be going wrong!
Let us know if you have bought any. Check your receipts! :)

not anymore! this is final year! serious stuff!!! used to go but not anymore. :(

i'm probably going to tesco once every 10 days now. :(

the thing is medicine is becoming soooo competitive these days; it's quite draining. :( also the foundation year jop application opens up on monday aswell. it's all just so much.

so i come on here and post funny pics (if i can find any). the poems have made me giggle over the past few days aswell.

for some reason, i really like the atmosphere and coolness of this thread.

    :cool::rotfl::cool:

Ah karlie88, I didn't realise you were a medic, and there was me telling you all other week about my DD2 going off to med school, where are you studying? :o

Good luck for your foundation year application, hope you get where you want. :)

She threw him up into the air,

Just spent 10 minutes typing this on my iPad and when I pressed 'submit' Safari crashed.:mad:

Sis and I took a drive up to the Broch for some bits and pieces. Sis forgot her credit card so I ended up paying for her bits and pieces (£6 odd). I spent about £19 on my shop which included a printer ink cartridge and 3 boxes of blackcurrant Frootz. The Frootz went through full price so on the way to CS I gave my sis my other credit card and told her to go and get another 3 boxes. When I got to CS the guy was only going to give me JTD after faffing around with his till for 5 minutes. I quoted word for word the "if things don't add up" paragraph from the blue board behind him and he faffed around with his till for another 5 minutes before taking some cash out, as he was doing it I glanced at the screen to see if what he was giving me was correct and it said £19 odd. I got back to the car and he had actually given me £24.08:eek::D:D The only thing I can think he has done is he has refunded me the cost of my shopping plus JTD for the Frootz.

Sis came back to the car and told me that her CS had called for an SA who went to look at the SEL. She came back and said it was 2 for £2.50 (or something like that) so sis took her off and showed her the blackcurrant SEL and she apologised and when they went back to CS she told her that my sis was correct and DTD was refunded no hassle. Whilst sis was waiting for SA to come back from checking the SEL she bought a £2 scratch card and got her £2 back plus a win of £18. :)

On the way home sis says "since I got you that £10 refund you can let me off with the cost of my bits because you wouldn't have been able to do a second lot without me". Fleeced again by my sis!:rotfl:

EDIT: Sis says that the SA removed the SEL when sis pointed out the correct one to her.

    One I remember is

    The convicts have a band
Its as bad as it can be
    There familiar with the bars
    But cannot get the key
    :D
    Shop one - A vs T
    Shop two - A vs W
    And then repeat :j:j:j
    & now add - A vs S
What the heck A vs the world :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
