I never got my free pies and beer from O2 thanks to the incompetence of Yodel and O2. I've just learnt that O2 have recalled the parcel.

Oh dear what bad luck, did you email O2 using the link on the thread for the pie offer. I think some people that didn't get one first time that complained got one the second time. And there are more meant to be going out for the next match England play I think. I hope you get one then.

I had to change the delivery address only I kept getting told by O2 and Yodel that neither of them could change the delivery address. A CS agent I spoke to at O2 yesterday confirmed that I had been given duff information by his colleagues and he was going to send memos to them to tell them how to correctly change delivery addresses. He also said he would contact the courier to rearrange delivery for today but the courier inform me that the O2 have recalled the parcel due to it being fresh food which is now 3 days out of date. As a gesture of goodwill O2 have put a £5 credit on my account (wish I had waited until today before paying my bill now) I tried for £10 but they wouldn't budge.

Do you have the link to the pie thread by any chance?
