    Hmm

both you and patwa have ticked to Recieve email from other members in your options.

As MSE has Use Secure Email Sendingng turned off, this means that your email address is exposed from email link in your profile (which is how I know you have that option ticked)

Perhaps someone is spamming these addresses

If Secure Email was turned on, they'd only be shown an email form to contact you.

Just to add, make sure you switch the full headers on before you forward the email.

I got this too, will forward it.

I had my email address showing for MSN messenger contact name but have deleted it from here so someone was obviously finding addresses and spamming.

  • I got this e-mail too which i opened but didn't click on any of the links.
I will jut delete it as I'm not clever enough (and don't understand) the other stuff you are all talking about.
It is unwise to pay too much but it's worse to pay too little. When you pay too much, all you lose is a little money... that is all. When you pay too little, you sometimes lose everything because the thing you bought was incapable of doing the thing it was bought to do. The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot...it can't be done. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better (John Ruskin - 19 ctry author, art critic & social reformer)

Best thing to do, just delete and forget about it. The most important thing is never to open any attachment or or click on any links, which you've done so that's fine
