Halifax Online Issue

I've been trying to set up a new standing order this morning, I know Halifax are following Lloyds TSB with a return phone call for security but the Halifax site is saying I have no phone numbers on my account when in fact there are three.

Anyone else having the same issue? It's the same with trying to set up a new payee.

I had the same issue and had to re-enter my telephone numbers. It stated that I have to wait 7 days before I can use the telephone numbers to confirm. Perhaps the same issue with yourself.

I've had the same issue and it's so frustrating. I took out a loan from Halifax yday and wanted to pay off my credit cards, but couldn't because of this stupid issue. I rung Halifax and they said their systems can't see my telephone number, despite there being both my home and mobile on my online banking :mad:, both of which have been there since I opened the account 3 years ago.

In the end I had to do a FP to my HSBC account and pay the CC's off from that.
