large doc database to address book

I have been sent by email a database of over 80 names , organizations, with email details and addresses, to use in organising a charity day. it seems to be just a long job of cut and paste each bit of info into an address book, any suggestions of what or how i can do, if maybe i could export it or save as something else, im on a mac, and have basic knowledge. Thanks

Is the database on Excel/Access or simply written plainly as text on an email?0

it comes out as text on the email, i have managed to cut n paste into pages (word) and from there i can adjust the size of each cell.Div 1 Play Off Winners 2007
