Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for an overnight stay somewhere nice? a treat for Valentines and Birthday!

you didn't mention any budget, so I assume its not an issue? if so, how abt the Celtic Manor? went there for a couple of nights last year and loved it! the pool is really nice, food is good too.. best steak I've had for a long long time was at the club house there, good buffet at the breakfast place as well... I've been trying to think up excuses to convince DH to go again

Suet - I agree, I would definitely recommend the Nant Ddu - it's fab!
