HBoS-online accounts been missing 3 weeks

Wondering if anybody else's accounts are missing online?
My Current account, easycash account, two ISA's and another savings account have been missing online for 3 weeks now.
I went into branch twice, they can't do anything but told me accounts are still up and running.
I phoned online helpdesk, they logged problem, but weren't very helpful tbh.
Also complained at Customer Relations, they told me it's a technical problem and have no idea when it's going to be resolved.
I do all my banking online, so this is more than inconvinient for me. I will have to switch banks, this is unacceptable!!

I'm still trying to resolve my banking problems too. Just back from another two hours in the branch. I have fallen off the power of attorney accounts I hold since the migration to lloyds. So I can't access online or phone banking. Upshot no one has been able to sort it, and I am now having to re-register. And they are insisting my mother signs a form, even though she is not capable of signing a form, and that was what POA was supposed to be for?
