you need to register first at https://www.deskdemon.com, which will then send you to a newsletter page, scroll down and see where it says do you want free avery stuff - fill in the form and they will send you freebies and also a £2 boots voucher......

Perhaps Martin is just covering himself and the site. What you do as an individual is up to you. It is usually better to cut and paste links into your browser so that said site cannot track the route you came from. Hence no comeback on M.S.E.
