Virgin Mobile - My Account Inaccessible

Warning - Unable to log into 'My Account' in order to top-up mobile phones. Message says they are working to fix the error but if you are running low on credit and have not arranged for the other three ways of topping up, be aware. Two days and counting.

If it were not for the 50mb broadband I would have dropped this company some time ago.

I have attempted probably ten times at various times over the last 48 hours, morning, afternoon and early evening. Wanted to top up my son's phone before he started University.

Still not working for me. Message is

Actually used the phone number and spoke to someone with 15 seconds - impressed. A problem escalated to their technical support team, no problem with my username or password, so probably confirms my 'unluckychappie' handle. They will let me know the outcome with 24 hours.
