Hi.
I took out a loan from picture finance about 5 yeaqrs ago for £60000.00.
I was told that I had to use their insurance and that I would get the money back in three instalments after three years.
I have rec'd two instalments so far.
Is it possible I can still claim.

Hi and welcome
Yes you can still make a reclaim (I take it you mean a reclaim and not a claim on the policy).
However, if it were this business that sold you the account, these are in default, therefore you make a reclaim through the financial compensation scheme (FSCS), details below, contact them to ask them for a claim form, they will arrange to send you this in the post, below again there is also a link I posted some-time ago on making reclaims through the FSCS, you will note the main of them are Picture customers, hope this helps, good luck.
