Hi Guys
Wonder if you can help me.A good friend has told me they have paid £250 up front to a company who promises to get PPI money back. I said straight away you should not have but too late ! !
Company called AIMS DIRECT anybody had any sucess with them?

I do not know of this company, but if unsure contact the Claims management/ministry of justice (MOJ) to have them checked out.

How long ago did this happen?

Maybe its not too late, try cancelling, and of course as you know this can be done all free where your friend will get to keep all the refund on success, by just completing the reclaim questionnaire as on step 3 below, there's less paperwork to deal with this way to what I am aware of, just remember to keep copies, good luck.
