Options
I was just wondering if this bank offers banking services to consumers e.g. current accounts/savings.

Would appreciate any feedback. Thanks:)

Standard Chartered is a strange beast. Although it's a British bank it's almost unknown to the general public here, while it's absolutely huge in Asia. While in Asia it's just another high street bank, over here they only seem to offer private banking.

Yes, especially in the Far East, such as in Hong Kong and Singapore. In Hong Kong, they also issue banknotes in a similar fashion to Scottish banks.
  • Yes i have checked their website but it wasn't help. I'll try calling them in the morning to see if they can provide any info.

    Thanks you guys

There IS lots of information on the website.

They run a "Private Bank" for what are generally described as "high net worth" individuals. You would have your own Private Banker who would "look after" your portfolio.

"Standard Chartered Private Bank is part of Consumer Banking at Standard Chartered Bank and caters to clients with investable assets of over US$1 million."

This other [different] link gives more information -
