Relisted items via Turbo Lister

Hi,
my first post (and about time too!) I have starting relisting items through Turbo Lister as it is quicker and saves on the 7p design fee. Do eBay still charge listing fees for items that sell second time 'around' or do they refund the listing fee?

I haven't given up trying to get answers from their customer service dept as they take ages to respond and they usually don't answer correctly (must be too busy listing their own items if you saw the BBC's Money Programme!!!)

Surely if you relist items you could just do that straight from "my Ebay" unsold items and you wouldn't have to pay another time round - if you do it within a time limit.

You do still pay again if done through my ebay as Ive just done that ,they do reimburse the insertion fee but not the gallery fee if it sells second time around. wouldnt be a problem if you list it thursday this week as the gallery fee will be a penny.
