    Hello all!
I've just joined (late as ever!) So I thought I'd say Hi!

Not sure how I'm gonna get on with this but I'm sure I'll do better with you lot than trying to do it on my own!

Well...Off to a flying start i think. I joined today and I also worked an extra full shift today. (but I guess I can't add that until payday)

I've also got a houseful of junk I'd LOVE to get shot of. Look out E*ay!

Anyway....HELLO EVERYONE! Nice to meet you!

Oh dear hopless!! Thats def ouchie :(

My debts are about £20k and i was managing them (just) while i was working but due to ill health am now jobless! Best thing i did was contact cccs and they now manage everything for me. Thanks to this site and this thread in particular i have managed to pay off 2 of my debts completely and am now paying a bit more than the minimum off my debts each month. For the first time in a long time i feel like i am getting my debts back under control :)

Its amazing how the debt just seems to creep upwards without us realising! Sometimes I wonder how exactly i became this person?? I used to be really good with money but somewhere along the line it all went a bit skew wiff!! Anyway now that you know where you stand you can do something about it, and i guess i just wanted to say it can be done even when the situation seems 'hopeless'. The first step is taking those blinkers off which you have done :T:T and the next is talking to people who really know what to do :) and then of course your account managers.

Even if you do not want to start a DMP etc i would highly recommend talking to cccs cos they just know what the options are, and are very very easy to talk to :D

Ooooops think we are all on essay writing form today!!! Will stop wittering now :o
