Overdraft problems

Yesterday, I went to draw some money out of my account to find that I couldn't get the money available. Thought nothing of it and left it over night.

I have just renewed my student overdraft with the coop today for £1700. The limit has gone up on my card (minus what was left in the overdraft to start with) but when I log in online, it says "overdraft limit" of £0.00.

The strange thing is is that when I go and get a statement from a machine, it all adds up to the amount it should be which is £1700. Is this an error on the website or not?

It's confusing me terribly and I don't want to be stung with informal overdraft charges when I won't be able to afford them.

EDIT: The machine today allowed me to draw money out
