Barclays stalling?

Hi guys I put in a claim into barclays around 2 and a half months ago, and about a month ago had a letter from them saying that my claim was being dealth with and that I should not contact them as everything was OK. Today they have sent a letter saying that I havnt sent them my financial ombudsman survey yet, I did send this off when the claim was started.

To me this looks like a stalling tactic, they know that they only have 2 weeks to go. They are saying that I need to return the survey within 10 days or they will have to proceed with the claim based on the info they already have.

My question is if I send this off again today will I then have to wait even longer?

    Hi there

Have you a copy of this reclaim questionnaire complaint?
If so send another copy, make them aware its a copy they should have received, and you are aware they did already receive this because you received the letter to confirm this, also enclose a copy of the letter you received from the beginning from them.

Nothing surprises me if they have mislaid them, good luck with this.;)
