Does anybody else have any recent experiance in investing in Gold, Silver and Swiss bonds. The Permanent Portfolio seems on the face of it a "safe" and steady investment with resonable returns, however this is a snap shot analysis and I'm stuggling to find any information regarding the longer term trends.
