it's a promotion lol, you dont have rights its a gift that can be stopped instantly.
Yes they usually can be withdrawn at any time - provided that you have not already entered into the contract with them.

They still need to provide the game as it formed part of the contract I formed with xbox live. Its irrelevant whether the promotion is still on or not.0 -

I have now received my game. It appears my letter to the head office in Reading has made the difference.
I think the recent exposure of XBOX live on Watchdog also helped.
Use the consumer law to your advantage.
I quoted the Sales of Goods Act and the Distant Selling Regulations to back up my claim.
