Errm, okay. I guess those arguments that you had with internet randoms 3 years ago are really important to you.

Yeah, cos you don't bother with such frivolities right. :rotfl:

I genuinely don't place much importance on your internet debates with randoms from years ago.

Feel free to keep on bringing them up though if it floats your boat.

    Who's insecure?
I think your obsession to try and put down those that have, is because of your jealousy that you have not.

:rotfl:You're quite wrong Lite. In reality I put down those who demonstrate an uncannily continous compulsion to tell members of a faceless internet forum just how brilliant, rich and happy they are.

That those posters always tend to be so called property bulls is of course of psychological interest.

Putting 2 and 2 together, it could be concluded that you (and others) would very much like others to be jealous of your self proclaimed success.

Sadly, missives from faceless internet entities tend not to enspire such jealousy. Sorry to break it to you.

    .

Get over it and get on with life.

If you catch me flooding the board with constant self aggrandising boasts, you can tell me to get over it and get a life.

Yeah. Must be some other robmatic rabbiting on and on about what some might had said or done in 2002.

Lets be clear. You may have rebadged in 2009 when you joined MSE, but its certain that your were there in 2007, 2008, no doubt telling us how you were in it for the long term. ;)

Nope, you're just making things up again. I do have an account on HPC (joined in August '08), but it's under the same name. And although I am certainly in it for the long-term, what would the negative significance of this be?

:rotfl:Nice one. So looks like you were one of those randoms eh.

    Who could have predicted that.

Was I posting? No. Are you fabricating my past? Yes.

Voicing reasonable expectations rather than fabricating I would say.
Wouldn't want you to bang on and on and on about some point of pedantry, so I had best get it out of the way.
I'm very sorry. You're quite right robmatic. From your statements I am unable to conclude that you were actually posting.

All I can conclude is that you were aware of HPC in 2008, and that you joined HPC in 2008, oh, and that you had absolutely no interest in what people were saying on HPC about the House Price Crash in 2008.

    Is that about right? ;)

Interesting that you seem to have this recurring argument as a point of dismissing those with experience to share.

What have you got to boast about?
Your decision to continue renting for 6 years whilst waiting for property to depreciate?
Wiat I know it. Your passion to come up with unwitty comics ;)

Feel free to share your positive and negative experiences so that other can learn from you.

P.S. on your claims on boasting, one of the things I have also shared is my failure in the stock market.
One of my share investments is down something like 94% (even worse if you consider it's real term valuation), unlikely that I will ever see my investment returned.
Is that boasting? or is it sharing experience?

What we've got here is....... failure to communicate.

Interesting that those who seem desperate to share their experience of how wonderful they are is recurring too.
Its almost as if theres a link there.
What have you got to boast about?

    You wouldn't know Lite.
See, I'm not all that compelled to boast.
Your decision to continue renting for 6 years whilst waiting for property to depreciate?

Actually I waited a year and a bit. And property started to depreciate in quite a crashy style.
Wiat I know it. Your passion to come up with unwitty comics ;)

You didn't enjoy the comics which demonstrated your obsession and arguments were essentially a comedy parody.
    Who would have thunk it.

Its more fun watching the meaningless "experiences" that you try and cobble together for me.

:rotfl:Too little, too late I'm afraid.
