IVA & Car HP

quick question, my wife and I are still trying to decide which route to go down (IVA or DMP) and after speaking to a lady at payplan are rather concerned about our car.
We are paying 200 a month on the car with just less than 4 years remaining on it and pp said that sometimes the creditors can be funny and demand we get rid. Can they do this as I thought that HP was safe on an IVA?

Hi. Might I suggest you pop over to https://www.iva.com and have a word on the phone with a couple of the firms listed there. The advice is free and without obligation. It's always best to chat to more than one company to find one you feel you can work with. After all you are entering into a 5 year relationship and different companies approch things from different angles!0
