Tesco 'Real Food' offer

Went to get this yesterday, it was all together in a chiller cabinet but there were packs of pork loin steaks in there rather than the chops. I asked two members of staff if they were included in the deal, oh yes, they were. I also went to the meat section and there were no packs of the chops there, so I went through the till and when the discount didn't come off, I went to customer services.

At first the woman didn't seem very sympathetic, but they called the relevant manager and she came and said yes, it was their fault so they'd honour it. A young member of staff was told to sort out my refund. I asked was that a DTD then, looking at the sign behind him. He said yes, it was and he'd sort it out for me. To cut a long story short, the convoluted way he put it through the till in two or three transactions, I ended up getting Triple the difference, so I was paid nearly a fiver to take the deal away! Great result for me but I worry about all the people who don't check their receipts, there's so often an error on mine.
