lloyds partical pay out

i received a partcial pay out from lloyds on friday after waiting a long time how ever it wasnt for the amount they had stated in the letter i had 4 loans for them to pay out on but the letter only had 1 loan ref on it and this is the ppi they pay me out on friday im just a little concerned they might have only payed 1 because of the ref no has anybody else had this promblem ?

I would ask them to make this clear to you, as you have other accounts your waiting to be dealt with as well, ring them or email them on the addy below, good luck.

hi i rang them on tuesday and they said that i would receive the full amount on the letter and 8% intrest but not sure when but to be honest i dont think the lady fully understood what i was saying so ill give it a couple of wks then try again i dont see why they dont just deal with a customer in 1 hit instead of splitting the payment would free up alot of time for them selfs thank u for ur help x
