Do I have rise to a claim?

Took out 25k unsecured loan with BOS 2002, payments 302GBP per month and Insurance of 240GBP per month, meaning overall monthly cost of 542GBP over 10 years, paying back over 60k in total!! 28k of that in PPI!!!!
Was verbally told, can't get loan without insurance.
Defaulted on loan earlier this year due to my new employer effing up my tax code and not getting it sorted for 5 months and now paying back remainder (only 8k to pay overall) via a 3rd party payment plan.
Do i have rise to claim back insurance/PPI?

If you felt it was missold under that reason then it won't harm to instigate your claim.
However if your in default then some or all of the returned ppi would be used.0
