We bought a kitchen from Focus in June when they went into administration. Unpacked it this weekend and assembled the carcases to find one end panel was damaged. Sods law it is the end that will show and we cant reposition the unit.
As I cant get a replacement from Focus does anyone know what are my rights with the manufacturer?
Thanks

You have no rights with anyone but Focus. You could try asking them and they may do it out of goodwill. As a last resort an end panel won't be that expensive to replace.0

As above you have no claim against the manufacturer, I woul even go as far as tosuggest you would struggle to have a claim against Focus even if they were still solvent. You haven't notice the damage in 3 months these things need checked on delivery (and I do know that is not necessarily very easy).
You coul try an track own the manufacturer and ask if they can help you out. (Might find they haven't been paid for it though)0 -
When I worked for Focus a couple of years ago, the kitchens were supplied by Gower Furniture.
