Problems with Avast and now more

DD ran an Avast scan and it came up with 3 high risks, she tried to repair them but it wouldnt let her and then she put 2 of them in the chest but it wouldnt let her do that with the third, unfortunatly she didnt make a note of the risks, then she restarted her laptop and now she cant access Avast, Malware bytes or the internet, she gets the pop up for permission but when she syays yes, nothing happens, we have done 3 different system restores but it says restore unsuccessful as there is a compatability issue with an anti virus program but I cant uninstall it for her, I have no idea what else to try is nayone able to help? No, I forgot about that:o I'll try it.

what popup for permission, uac or firewall? have you got a third party firewall installed?


post a hijackthis log, and do a boot time avast scan

This worked with no problem - cant believe I was so slow;)
