We live in a democracy, hence you can argue anything you want in court.It can be argued in law that in case (c) the tenant assumed the landlord is liable for utilities because they have not been told specifically that they are responsible.
But as ignorance is no defense, "Ooh, I really had no idea I had to pay for the energy I used" will be brushed off the table by the courts a lot faster than you could put it on there.
Your argument is utterly fatuous; I hope you know more about I.T. than you know about consumer law, or soon the lights will go out.0 -
ignorance is no defence - unless the aggreement specifically states that the landlord is responsible for the energy , then the tennant is deemed responsible - this whole case stinks of BG trying it on0
