Talk Talk cashback on a new connection

Need a new phone line and propose taking a talktalk internet / phone bundle that includes free connection.

However as the property has no phone line connected the website tells me to phone their call centre which I'm guessing will not make me eligible for the cashback as the transaction will not complete online.

Anyone come across this before or have any work arounds?

Hi poormansfoot,

If this is a new line installation then it cannot be completed on-line, as on-line sign ups require an active line.

If you call the new lines team the new line connection fee they can confirm the relevant process for this and any current offers.
