Can anyone help me out here, in the past i was able to click on "Full", so to view a full summary of my banking history in my Nationwide Flex Account online. Then click on Pdf Statements, and i could save the Pdf file to my hard drive for future reference. It seems now they have removed this facility?

Also when my last Online Fixed Rate Bond matured, i could again save the Nationwide Online Pdf Statement for the relevant Fixed Rate Bond again for future reference......Now, mine matured today, i cannot down load or save the relevant Nationwide Online Pdf Statement for the Online Fixed Rate Bond. What a stupid thing to do.

All you, well i can do now is save an Excel file, which is no difference to a word doc.

Does anyone now if this is the same for all, why remove this facility, when you bank online?

Found this.

Yep, still available for me, too, as well as credit card statements etc by PDF.

Has anyone noticed that the Nationwide transaction dates before 30 October (which I think is when the new online facility went live) are all dated a day earlier on the Nationwide online statements compared with the pdf versions? Very confusing when trying to reconcile with my accounts package, especially as they are correct and tie up after 31 October. Have messaged them to ask why.

Have discovered it's only on machines running IE8 (Windows XP). On IE9 and Windows 7 and Safari on the Mac the online dates are correct.
