Yes and no - excluded from the normal 30 day returns policy, which they are not required to provide. Buying the wrong thing doesn't give you any right of return. However if you bought online you have seven days from receipt to return under distance selling regulations.0

Is it sealed? some cameras/phones ect are sealed with cellophane/security stickers and therefore are obviously not used so they can be returned.
If it's been taken out and tried then you may have a problem but it can be sold on ebay, although probably for less than you paid for it.:hello: Hiya, I'm single mom, avid moneysaver and freecycler, sometimes  but definatly0 -
Too many people buying video cameras etc on a friday using then for a wedding at the weekend
and then returning them monday.
Buying a camera should only be done after a lot of research. Right specification and features and then
finding lots of reviews.
Then add in some common sense and make your own mind up. 200 people saying the quality is rubbish
or they had 3 attempts to get a working one are probably trustworthy. But one post that says the
opposite to everyone else may not be.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
By saying you had it "delivered" then i presume it was orderd over the phone or net then you can return it under the DSR no problem even if its been opened, you just have to nofify them you wish to cancel the order within 7 working days after delivery, you then have a further few days to return it
If it was ordered in store then the above does not apply0
