site suggestion...ssl 128 bit certificate

right alot of differing sites i use now run a on a https address which reduce problems with running a 128bit encryption with attacks also helps privacy speeds up sites as some broadband providers do packet inspection which also slows sites down. where as if an ssl is running it is just passed thru is not worth mse in the interests of security and speed installing an ssl certificate at all help combat the issues above as a thought, the gains seem to far out way any negatives.
