PPI help needed pease

Hi,
Im posting on behalf of my Mum, she is looking to claim back the PPI on some of her previous loans, but doesnt want to use an agency as thier fees are way too high.
She has had loans with Black Horse (£10000), and M&S (£30000), but is unsure of exactly how to do this.
I would appreciate any advice on this, and would like to know if anyone else has claimed with either of these companies.
thanks in advance! x :j

  • Write to each giving telling them you are complaining and give the reasons why you believe the PPI was missold.

Keep copies of the letters and get proof of posting (free from the Post Office).
  • And don't use any of those 'we can get you ppi quicker companies' as they rob you with high fees for something that you can do yourself.

Either write to them or google for an e mail address.

Their are some really good template letters on this forum.

    Good luck.
