Cost of moving house?

Hi,
We are thinking of moving house and are trying to work out finances. Can anyone tell me roughly, how much it is likely to cost us to sell ours and buy another house? What sort of things will I have to pay out?
I can't remember what we payed out when we got our first house.
Will I need to pay anything out to the bank or anything? We are on a variable rate mortgage but are hoping to swap providers when we move.
Thanks.

Estate Agents fees
Solicitors Fees
Stamp Duty
Removal fees.

Just seen a thread further down about house network which is far cheaper than an estate agent and they advertise on rightmove. Might be worth a look to keep the costs down.
Good luck!0 -
Thanks both.
We would hire a van and move ourselves so that won't cost alot, Don't think we will have to pay stamp duty either.
How much roughly would estate agent and solicitors fees be?0
