  • Sammy thanks, great site but I can see why you say you need a bit of experience! Once you fid a reference, how do you then view that reference?

    My quick peek did not find anything but would still be grateful if you have chance to look as well, some time.

    Once you've found something that looks helpful you should be able to click on the list that appears below the search boxes. When you click on this you get a summary and can also opt to download the document at the end of the summary.

    So, on the page "Search fo Decisions" you've put in category 4 for capital and sub category 4.3 for home and other premises. The first in the list is dated 13/06/05. Click anywhere on this line and the summary comes up. At the bottom you can click on the box to download the decision.

    Hope that this was what you meant!
