  • I'm not keen on scented clothes so I don't use any fabric conditioner at all. I'm especially not keen on being able to smell it on other people when they walk past, that's just over-kill and a tiny bit ant-social imo.

I quite agree - fabric conditioner is the biggest con/waste of money I know!

So perfume, aftershave, deoderant, anti-persperent...all anti-social? Do you stink of stale BO? Probably, most people who do don't even notice...and THAT is truely anti-social.

Seriously, fabric softener doesn't smell that strong that you would notice.

I've had to stop using Lenor since they brought out this 4 x freshness and it was causing my husband to have asthma. So i use Aldi's so soft now as it has very little smell
  • I used to use Comfort pure when my eldest was a baby, now I'm a tiny bit obsessed with the smell of Comfort Tropical, so I stock up when it's on special offer.
  • I am now a Lenor user, I think the smells last longer.

I fell out with Comfort when they bought out the Pear fragrance a few years ago, it was fantastic, they then promptly discontinued it and I really dont care for the other smells. Saying that though one of the Lenor luxury scents reminds me of sick, mmm lovely xx
  • Comfort pure, as I've got a baby and it smells lovely with persilnon bio liquid. I used to be a comfort blue girl, but they changed the smell and I couldn't stand it.
Other than that Asda or Morrison own value brand, about 40p a bottle lol.

I just want my clothes cleaned when I wash them, they don't have to smell of anything. Always line dry, don't own a tumble dryer. Fabric conditioner is a waste of money.

A pinch of soda crystals and a tablespoon of pure glycerine. There, clothes nice and soft at very little cost. :)
Be careful who you open up to. Today it's ears, tomorrow it's mouth.
