Distance Selling Regulations

Hi
Does anyone know if the distance selling regulations apply Business to Business??
Without boring you all with the detail I am in dispute with a website regarding a cancellation of some advertising. Basically the advert placement was not as "sold" to me and I requested that it be cancelled (within 5 days of the advert going live)
They state that as the advert was "live" they wont cancel (and refuse to answer the part about misselling the advert in the first place)
Just wondered if it would come under the "seven days to cancel" ??
